Plan and manage change in the organization, working in partnership with multiple stakeholders and ensuring we achieve expected business outcomes.
What youll do:
assess change impacts
lead the development and execution of strategies and plans
develop committed partnerships across the organization
identify risks related to adoption, proficiency and maximum utilization by employees
provide input to sponsors and stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies of assigned projects
What were looking for:
commitment to the value of effective organizational change
strong teamwork, coaching and consulting skills with a solid customer focus
collaborative and effective communication ability
a multi-tasker who enjoys a fast-paced work environment
What youll need:
a degree in HR management, commerce or education and at least four years of related experience (or equivalent); PROSCI certification is an asset
in-depth knowledge of related principles and methodology
