Process Control Coordinator Regina, SK

To ensure compliance with CFIA regulations and company policies and procedures for HACCP certification programs collaborating with the Nutrition and Quality Assurance departments. To continually initiate improvements in process and physical representation of the facility. This position requires a hands-on approach.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
Daily audits of production files.
Addressing customer complaints. Recommending and implementing process improvements.
Collection and distribution of feed samples.
Buying and ordering commodities.
Relief coverage for office support staff.
Health & Safety Committee Co-Chair.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficient in computer applications; Microsoft Office Excel is mandatory.
Strong analytical ability and detail oriented.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to organize, prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with constant interruptions.
Education and Experience:
Minimum graduate of secondary education. Post-secondary education diploma in agriculture would be a definite asset.
2+ years of experience in a similar role in the feed industry.
Excellent organization and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
