Description

The CEO is the senior executive officer of the organization and as such, leads the effective delivery and alignment of all strategic and operational SHRF objectives.  The CEO is accountable for the effective management of the organizations financial, human, and physical resources as well as developing and maintaining vibrant provincial partnerships and relationships with stakeholders.
The CEO is directly accountable to the Board of Directors of SHRF.  The CEO supervises and manages a team of professional and administrative staff that consists of approximately eight people in a complex and ever-changing environment. The CEO role cultivates multiple and active relationships with various and diverse stakeholders. Travel is required.
