Duties:
The Admin Support 2 is responsible to carry out general administrative duties to support the Community Services department. He or she will provide exemplary, gold plated customer service to all internal staff and external customers. Specific duties will include providing front desk support, answering phones, invoicing, filing, creating purchase orders, as well as entering data. The Admin Support 2 must be able to effectively deal with the public and internal staff, both verbally and in writing, and may be assigned alternate duties on occasion.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have post-secondary training in office administration, business administrative or equivalent. Candidates must be proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel and have strong attention to detail. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Must possess strong administrative, communication, and time management skills. Must be capable of working independently, neatly, accurately and be able to converse with the public in a clear and concise manner in person, by telephone and email. Alberta and Saskatchewan child welfare checks and a criminal record check will be required before hiring.
