Co-ordinate routes for drivers and customers
Answer telephone requests for service
Schedule manpower to meet customers needs as required
Assign proper vehicles for various types of freight
Inform drivers of any changes in routes
Manage equipment ie; trailers, trucks, etc. ensuring availability for all freight movements
Keep records and logs documenting each call
Observe all company rules, policies and procedures with regards to quality control, OHS, etc.
Other duties as assigned by Terminal Manager
Liaise with Management and other branches
