The successful candidate will be responsible for the Human Resources function for the organization. This true HR Generalist position is based out of Saskatoon with travel to the 9 locations in order to support the teams at their locations. As a member of the executive team the Human Resources Manager reports directly to the CEO.
Provide strategic business advice as it relates to the Human Resources function
Providing executive and management team with up to date HR Metrics
Solid knowledge and execution of the full cycle recruitment process including international recruitment & onboarding
Advise and manage the Compensation and Benefits program
Continue to build a culture of safety ensuring that all health and safety legislation is adhered to and proper health and safety training is performed
Effectively manage WCB claims and RTW programs
Responsible for all applicable legislative compliance
Coach and mentor through the entire Performance review process
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work-related problems
Successful Candidate:
Post-secondary education directly related to Human Resources -CHRP designation is desired
3-5 Years directly related experience
Experience in Agriculture, Construction/Equipment Industry is desired
