Description

We are looking for a Vice-President & CFO who will play a senior leadership role with continued focus on the Saskatchewan governments vision of Steady Growth in the Province and our mission to contribute to this success. CIC is a holding company of 8 Crown corporations with assets in excess of $16 billion.

Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer, you are accountable for providing strategic leadership and direction to CICs Finance & Administration Division, ensuring alignment of Government direction for the CIC Crown sector and business/financial management strategies and actions across the Crown sector, as well as overseeing CICs consolidated financial reporting.

As a key member of the Executive team, you will help shape all CIC shareholder strategic priorities and balanced scorecard goals; and monitor progress toward their achievement; the overall financial management of the corporation including direction and planning of financial controls; investment and treasury management; budgeting and forecasting; tax and risk management; internal audit; information systems/technology operations; and external financial community/audit relationships. You will also play a leadership role in promoting and enhancing corporate culture based on our values of integrity, excellence, leadership, and teamwork.
