THE OPPORTUNITY GENERAL MANAGER
The General Manager continues to grow and build the business by establishing and implementing short and long term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures. The General Manager will have primary responsibility for overall growth strategy, organizational leadership while establishing the internal infrastructure for continued expansion. This role provides leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the C.E.O. and Board of Directors in developing long range goals that will position G-Macs for continued success. The majority shareholders owners & operators are transitioning to the Board and C.E.O., and are seeking the right individual to continue the historical growth and track record of G-Mac. The C.E.O. intends to transition to strictly a Board level role over time. Opportunity exists for the successful candidate to transition into the CEO role. Knowledge and understanding of the agri-business, markets, pricing and world trends impacting North American agriculture is beneficial.
