itracks is looking for Software Support Specialist to provide support to our International client base. The regular hours of the position following the training period will be 12:30am to 8:30am. Job duties include:
- Provide technical support for software users
- Liaison between project participants and itracks Operations team
- Respond to participant inquiries
- Assist in the revision of training documentation as required
- Confirming participant recruitment
- Work in a team-oriented atmosphere for the good of the entire company as well as the individual
