Your key Responsibilities Include:
Orientation, training and supervision;
Assist to develop and implement person centered plans for all residents.
Work as a team with Direct Support Professionals to provide hands-on care and support of residents including attending to medical needs.
Tracking and documentation.
Successful Candidates will have:
Minimum of Disability Support Worker Certificate, or similar equivalent training and experience.
At least 3 years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a part-time position which requires flexibility for shiftwork including days, evening, nights and weekends. Please note that a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check will be required as a condition of employment.
