POSTION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The President/CEO exercises complete responsibility for attainment of financial and other objectives established by the Board of Directors.  Other responsibilities include supervision of the senior management team, public relations, marketing, sales, customer service, business growth and development, business analysis and other duties as assigned by the board of directors.  The President/CEO will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the organization and a favorable image of MLCN Investment Management Corp.  The key expectations of the President/CEO are to attain maximum profitability from existing business operations and seek and implement growth opportunities.
