The Saskatchewan Racquetball Association (SRA) exists to establish, maintain, conduct and promote interest and participation in the Sport of Racquetball. As Executive Director, you will report to the President and serve as the Administrative and Financial Officer for the Board of Directors. Your primary roles will be handling the administrative and financial responsibilities of the Association, but as the main point of contact for the SRA you will also handle all internal and external communications.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Post-secondary certificate/diploma in business; Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Business, or Sport Administration preferred;
- Strong knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office & Accounting Software);
- Demonstrated financial management experience, including bookkeeping or accounting
- Experience working within a non-profit environment
- Experience in a Sport Admin or Sport Mgmt role;
- Working knowledge of the SK sport funding & delivery system;
- Excellent time management skills and be highly motivated;
- Solid balance of leadership and teamwork qualities;
- Experience managing Wordpress websites an asset; and
- Knowledge of racquetball an asset.
Additional Requirements:
- Vehicle and current class 5 drivers license (some within province travel required);
- Smartphone with text and email functionality; and
- Computer, printer-scanner, and other basic equipment necessary to run a home office.
What We Offer:
- $15,000 - $20,000 annual salary; commensurate with education and experience; and
- Flexible work hours (15-20/week) and work from home.
