Description

The Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) is a unique, multi-billion dollar organization based on the fundamental principles of co-operation. It is comprised of a network of approximately 220 autonomous retail co-operatives across Western Canada along with their branch operations, and Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL). FCL is the wholesaling/manufacturing arm of the CRS, which provides the retail co-ops with a range of products and services.

**Please note: this is a temporary, full-time position for up to three (3) months, may be extended, may lead to permanent**

The Petroleum Associate is responsible for the following:

    Maintain complete and accurate computer files for the cardlock and fleet card system
    Review and follow-up on daily cardlock and fleet card reports and provide cardlock and fleet card troubleshooting as required
    Assist retails with the ordering/invalidating cardlock card functions in BRIC
    Assist retails with cardlock and fleet card transaction change requirements
    Update and maintain the credit card master file, including ordering and invalidating cards
    Provide customer service to retails regarding BRIC/CROH procedures, including support for external customers and ordering/invalidating cardlock card functions
    Handle customer inquiries/complaints promptly and effectively
    Participate in development and implementation of new programs, technology, and equipment. Identify and implement enhancements to systems and procedures to improve efficiencies and accuracy.
    Other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates must possess a high school education (or equivalent); a recognized one-year post-secondary business program; and a minimum of two and one-half years of related customer service experience, OR, A high school education (or equivalent); a recognized two year post-secondary business program; and a minimum of one year of related customer service experience.
