DESCRIPTION
Working closely with the Lumber Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for initiating sales calls for residential and commercial projects, preparing project estimates and placing product orders for project sales. As well the successful candidate will maintain excellent store standards, customer service, merchandising, and oversee large projects for the retail.
Must have experience, Journeyman Carpenter preferred. Previous experience is in this field is essential. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as a willingness to lead others to success. The successful candidate requires good work ethic, must exhibit exceptional standards and the drive to get things done. Reporting to the Hardware Manager this position requires a team oriented individual with the ability to work independently and be very visible within the communities Hometown Co-op serves.
