Montana Homes is currently seeking a Construction Coordinator to work in our Accounts Payable department.  
The focus of this position is to assist the Construction Manager and staff with support for a wide variety of projects and/or departmental functions, as well as obtaining and entering accurate data.  
In this role you will be expected to:
-prepare and maintain appropriate documentation to support estimate preparation and review.
-maintain the estimating database
-assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services.
-review and code vendor invoices.
-enter data into database.
-copy, scan, fax documents.
-keep accurate records and filling system.

As a preferred candidate, your background includes having strong organizational and time management skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with strong mathematical skills. LOCAL RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. NewStar experience will be considered an asset. Construction experience is a must.
