-Education Assistant certification
-Ability to be open-minded and flexible
-Ability to communicate and interact well with adults, teens and young children
-Willingness to meet the health and hygiene needs of children as required
-Ability to do lifting as required
-Experience working with students of all ages an asset
-Committed and dedicated to engaging the students in academic and life skills pursuits
-Willingness to work one-on-one with students in both the classroom and isolated settings
-Willingness and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
