Our client is currently seeking an Administration / Finance Manager for a full-time job in Regina! This client is a professional Architectural Firm who's philosophy is "Continued growth in our operations is constantly promoted as we seek out new and exciting ways to enhance our product and project delivery".
This exciting opportunity may be the right job for you if you are a consummate professional who is passionate about assisting those you work with. The role requires an individual who can perform office services relating to the ongoing activities of the entire firm.
Duties include:
Reception duties - 4 incoming lines
Project administration which includes:
o Contract preparation
o Document Control
o General Office Duties using the MS Office Suite
o Oversee inventory, and ordering of all office supplies
Financial Duties include:
o Maintaining accounting records for invoicing, bill collection and project accounting
o Coordination of submissions to accounting firms for year-end fiscal reporting
o Payroll submission to Ceridian
o Check preparation
o Revision of accounting entries as required by audit recommendations
In order to be considered for this position, applicants should have
A degree or diploma in Office Administration or Accounting - a combination of experience and education will be considered
5 years previous work experience in a similar role
Previous experience using QuickBooks
Candidates must be extremely detail oriented and strive for both timely and accurate work at all times
Intermediate to Advanced skills using Excel and Word
Highly organized, with the ability to manage processes along with highly developed verbal and writing skills.
