Description

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Paroll Clerk will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payrolls which also includes preparation of in house time sheets, data entry, and associated remittances. The Payroll Clerk will also be responsible with assisting with other administration duties as required including daily filing, assistance with front end reception and additional duties as assigned. We require a highly motivated individual with a positive, professional attitude. Candidates with payroll experience and an Office Education certificate preferred.

Qualifications would include:
-Knowledge in required legislation including Labour Standards, Workers Compensation, Employment Insurance and Occupational Health and Safety
-Problem solving and analytical skills
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Detail-oriented
-Computer Skills
