KSP Technology Inc. is a well-established and growing technology company that is looking to expand our reach in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba. To help achieve these goals, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. KSP Technology is based in Regina, SK and has been helping clients achieve technology success for nearly 15 years.
You must have prior experience developing relationships with Owners, Presidents and General Managers of small to mid-market companies where you sold a product or service that was based on value, rather than price. Strong closing skills and a willingness to prospect is essential to this position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
Your primary role is to generate a large quantity of new business leads and prospects according to a pre-defined set of client criteria. The Account Manager generates research on prospects and assembles reports to use in attracting and inciting prospects interest. Also, the Account Manager maintains the prospect database, makes and keeps appointments, cold calls leads and prospects, maintains and follows up on regular new business, looks for new leads, creates prospect profiles, and stays up to date on correspondence relating to all prospect contacts.
EXPERIENCE
Created and implemented sales plans
Proven record of prospecting for new business
Grown existing accounts through relationship-based selling
Managed account relationships
Comfortable attending networking events
Dealt with top decision-makers and comfortable calling on them
Candidates with past experience selling technology, software, or related services to small and mid-market companies will receive immediate consideration.
