F/T, Permanent Position /2 vacancy

Japanese Korean fusion restaurant in Regina looking for EXPERIENCED Japanese Korean fusion cook.

$14.00~$16.00/Hr. and 3 weeks paid vacation

Requirement:
Completion of secondary school: and
Several years of commercial cooking experience are required.

Main duties:
    Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes  
    Create/develop original Japanese and Korean items such as Sushi, Roll and Bibimbab, Ramen, etc..
    Create and develop new menus in fusion style.
    Manage daily kitchen operations.
    Supervise and train kitchen staff.
    This is a position that requires skills in fast paced fine dining.
