Reporting to the Director - Home Oxygen Services and working closely with the Director - Sleep & Respiratory Services, the Manager - Respiratory Services (SK) will manage RANAs Saskatchewan Oxygen and Sleep programs; including the direct service provider team and referral processes (inside sales team). They are responsible for the on-going delivery and improvement of all related programs and processes, and for driving growth to meet the targets of each program, provincially.

Main duties include:
- Markets and promotes RANA; actively represents RANA in the community with external stakeholders; responsible for program growth and success
- Financial management of the Oxygen and Sleep programs (SK)
- Selection, training, supervision and development of all Direct Service Providers and Inside Sales Team
- Ensures the successful, efficient, and safe provision of RANAs Sleep and Oxygen programs to clients
- Continuously maintains and improves the management and quality of programs and inside sales processes
- Inventory/distribution management of equipment and supplies for the Oxygen and Sleep programs
- Facilities Management of all SK locations
- Participates in the Department and Corporate Planning Processes

Requirements:
- Business or Health Care Administration degree, and/or completion of post-secondary education in nursing, medicine, allied health care Clinical designation an asset
