Hours of Work:
  In a 1 week rotation: 5 shifts of 7.50 hours

Job Summary:
  The Facility Manager, Riverside Health Complex is accountable for the overall provision of a high standard of rural acute and long term health care services to the communities served by the facility, through coordinating, maintaining, and enhancing all departments of the facility, and by effective liaison within the PNRHA. The incumbent may be assigned project work according to organizational needs and personal level of knowledge and expertise.

The community of Turtleford is located in beautiful lake country; one hour from the communities of North Battleford or Lloydminster.

Experience:
  Three (3) to five (5) years "hands-on" experience, preferably in a nursing management position.

Required Qualifications:
  Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
  Eligibility for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses' Association (SRNA)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  Ability to work within the Regional Health Authority organization and demonstrate loyalty to the Health Board, and the senior management team
  Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively, both verbally and in written format
  Demonstrate leadership, organizational, and management skills
  Ability to facilitate adult education
  Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet application in a computerized work environment
  Valid Driver's License required
