St. Pascal School in Green Lake Saskatchewan is seeking a dynamic, energetic, teacher-leader to help pilot and build a unique project in our growing community. We're looking to re-engage high school youth back into the our school and encourage them to complete their high school credits or other career related certificates/training  through the use of onsite teaching and training and our Division's Online School.

Qualifications should include:
An eagerness to experiment and fail and recover
Proven ability to plan and evaluate projects
Comfort with an ever changing and challenging job
Energy and passion for the power of learning in a student's life
At least 2 successful years of teaching at any grade level - Eligibility for a Saskatchewan Professional A certificate
A proven ability to engage students in a meaningful way through the building of powerful relationships built on respect, trust, and a genuine care for students
An eagerness to work closely with the community, students, and the school to build a successful program

Duties may include:
Providing direct instruction to a variety of High School age students - anything from essay writing to basic math skills as and when they need them
Building a classroom climate and success environment that will draw students back into the classroom - a very key element to this job is to have an evolving response to "How do we get students back in school"
Providing encouragement, oversite, and support as students complete their online high school courses
Creating connections between the students and the school and community
Organizing courses and data management with the online school
Being a visible leader and pilot project manager
