Jiffy Lube is seeking two experienced Lube Technicians for full time work to join our team of Preventative Maintenance Professionals. Applicant knowledge should include:
Services for customers includes Oil Changes; Transmission Services; Engine Coolant Services; Fuel Injection Services; knowledge and replacement of Engine Air and Cabin Air Filters; Wiper Blade replacement; variety of Additive products.
Hours of work are minimum of 40 per week, and all employees receive 2 - 8 hours per week of overtime. Overtime is paid on all shifts over 8 hours or any hours over 40 per calendar week.
Pay is hourly based and experience successful new hires coming from a competitor will receive a pay increase with proof of recent pay stub. Average range of starting hourly wage for said experience has been $13 - $14.50 an hour again depending on length of experience and skills. For supervisors applying again new rate with Jiffy Lube will be based upon proof of current pay rate with most recent employer. *In addition to hourly wage a commission/bonus program is in effect.
Two days off per week (everyone receives Sunday off), with one day during the week.
We provide work shirts. Employees are required to provide black pants and non-slip work-safe shoes.
