Description

Sweetgrass School requires a full-time Grade 1 teacher and half time ELA catalyst teacher with duties to commence August 26,2015.Interviews for those selected will be on July 17,2015.
Desired Qualifications:
Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate or ability to obtain one.
Experience as an elementary classroom teacher
Knowledge of effective reading interventions
Knowledge or experience with literacy and numeracy
A teaching philosophy that reflects a constructive and cooperative learning approach
An understanding of a hands on problem solving approach to mathematics
Effective interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively and an ability to work in a team environment.
