Description

Mosquito GBHLM First Nation is seeking a qualified full time Finance Clerk who will be working under the supervision of the Finance Manager.  

Job Description:
Perform the day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that municipal finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations
Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:
Post secondary education - Accounting/Finance specific
Criminal Record Check - this must be provided in order to be considered for an interview
Driver's license
Must have prior experience within an office administration environment with exposure to financial processes and procedures
Knowledge of AANDC funding or working with First Nations would be an asset
Proficiency in the use of computer programs:  Word Processing (MS Word, Power Point), Spreadsheets (MS Excel), Sage Acc Pac, Quick Books
