Collaborative leadership abilities required
Lead and inspire a team of Brand Management writers and designers, providing conceptual and creative direction that consistently supports FCC business strategies and corporate brand identity.
What youll do:
collaborate with teams in Marketing and across the organization to develop effective, strategic creative
maintain relationships with internal and external partner groups
manage performance objectives, project planning and resource requirements
coach and mentor the team in development planning and workload management
What were looking for:
strong leadership skills
a team player who seeks out opportunities to collaborate
extensive experience in communications and advertising in all media
knowledge of design and strategic messaging best practices
What youll need:
a degree in design, communication or English and at least seven years of experience (or equivalent); a background in agriculture is an asset
