Our Weyburn office has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant who enjoys providing excellent client service. This position is a 13-15 month term beginning August or September 2015. The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides a high level of support to the office.
Performance Expectations; included but not limited to
Filing of corporate tax returns, T4/T5 statements, T3 trust returns and compiling financial statements and client packages
Proofreading and producing a variety of documents including proposals
Typing and mailing outgoing client correspondence, including inter-office correspondence and documentation to Canada Revenue Agency
Calendar management, including scheduling appointments and meetings
Compiling information for special projects
Filing system requirements
Assisting all team members as requested and required
Providing reception relief when necessary (i.e. answering and directing all incoming calls, greet clients and process incoming and outgoing couriers)
Required Experience & Credentials
Minimum 3 - 5 years office experience;
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Word
Completion of a business or office administration program is an asset
Post-secondary education in an office administration program would be an asset;
Experience working in a professional services firm; and/or general accounting knowledge (will be considered an asset).
