St. Pauls Hospital Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced store manager to oversee the daily operations and manage efficient cost controls of the St. Pauls Hospital Gift Shop.
The Gift Shop manager is accountable for all aspects of the retail gift shop including recruitment, training, supervision and retention of volunteer and paid sales staff, meeting annual sales targets, inventory management and control, purchasing, receiving, merchandising and the development of a budget and work plan.
The successful applicant will have more than five years retail management experience with exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Demonstrated experience dealing with volunteers, suppliers and the public is essential.
