What you will be doing:
Actively manage the satisfaction of our client portfolio.
Provide marketing, design, editing, researching and technical support.
Teach, share and define best practices for our customer community.
Be responsive and proactive with our internal and external clients.
Grow client accounts and help close new business with existing clients.
Collaborate with our marketing team to build a customer community of advocates who will participate in testimonials, referrals and case studies.
Design and compile fresh, amazing training program content.
Support and lead onsite and online training sessions to drive user adoption and activation.
Partner with our management and business development teams to contribute to the constant innovation of our brand.
Build trusted relationships and lead multi-level conversations within an organization from executives and managers to individual staff, suppliers and the community.
Respond to and resolve inbound support issues.
What were looking for:
A degree or diploma in any of: finance, communication, PR, marketing or business; or instructional design education & knowledge;
MBA is a bonus
