Warranty and Parts Administrator
We are looking for a Warranty and Parts Administrator to order warranty parts and administer invoices and work orders for our busy Service Desk. The Warranty and Parts Administrator plays a vital role in the operations of the business to ensure all sales are invoiced, all warranties are submitted, and all work orders are processed properly. This position requires excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external customers, good organization skills, and a strong understanding of inventory control and parts management. The best Warranty and Parts Administrator is organized, has a strong attention to detail and is proficient with computers. Basic understanding of accounting systems and previous experience with inventory and parts management is considered an asset.
