Job Responsibilities:
.Educating customers on Home Automation / Smart Technology, Smart Plugs, Smart Power Bars and .Smart Thermostats Early adopters of technology are welcome!
.Actively approaching and engaging customers during the event
.Tracking & Reporting on the number of participants, conversation types, etc,
.Providing excellent customer service
.Demonstrating related product knowledge (full training provided)
.Completing event reports and submitting in a timely fashion
.Attend paid training
Qualifications/Job Requirements:
.Interest in energy efficiency, connected homes / home automation and smart technology is considered an asset.
.Strong verbal communication skills in English
.Outgoing, positive & high Energy level candidates
.Hardworking, collaborative, passionate, innovative & adaptable
.Be interested and genuinely concerned about energy efficiency and/or other environmental issues (Environmentally aware)
.Detail-oriented, punctual, conscientious, reliable and able to work independently
.Have a friendly and professional manner and appearance
.Be able to complete staffing and event documents using Word and Excel
.Familiar with and comfortable using Apple technology (ie iPads)
.Must have access to a reliable transportation to make shifts
