POSITION AND SCOPE
As a key member of Envirotec's Business Improvement Division, the Waste Container Program Coordinator will have a unique role in developing, promoting, coordinating and maintaining environmental bins and containers deployed at client sites across the province. The chosen candidate will professionally represent Envirotec, consistently identifying opportunities to expand business and grow the Waste Container Program, while providing exceptional service and support. With a strong logistics background, the chosen candidate will coordinate all aspects of the program including container deployment, maintenance, design and inventory control. The chosen candidate will utilize cost analysis methods to strategically grow the program and expand services being offered.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-Proven sales results and exceptional customer service skills
-Logistics background with a passion for efficiency
-High attention to detail and product standards in maintaining esthetically pleasing containers
-Ability and willingness to travel within the province
-General knowledge of waste management practices considered an asset
-Self-motivated attitude with great communication skills
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Promote, develop and coordinate the Waste Container program, focusing on expanding client base
-Provide exceptional customer service and knowledgeable advice to clients regarding waste management
-Act as the initial point of contact for all incoming customer inquiries or requests related to Waste Container Program
-Track location and inventory of containers and work closely with Service Planner to arrange pick up schedules
-Perform site inspections for quality assurance and efficiency purposes
-Coordinate container maintenance including welding, painting or any esthetic updates
-Analyze costs of program to strategically expand service offerings
