POSITION AND SCOPE

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-Bachelors degree and CHRP Designation preferred, but not required
-Self-driven, Motivated
-Charismatic, Personable, Outgoing
-Excellent communications skills
-Innovative, Creative
-Proven success in previous recruiting positions
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Lead the recruitment and selection process starting from consultation with Management on hiring needs, through to final selection
-Aggressively pursue and successfully recruit top talent, targeting passive candidates who are not actively seeking employment
-Interview, assess, and recommend the most highly qualified candidates for assigned positions
-Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, maintaining regular contact with prospective candidates
-Network through industry contacts, associations memberships, trade groups and employees
-Utilize a variety of web based tools (social networking sites, blogs) for sourcing and to develop talent pools
-Develop an in-depth knowledge of Envirotecs various roles to ensure candidates are accurately assessed against required competencies
-Collaborate with other members of the Human Resources team
