Description

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, the Development Manager leads all fundraising campaigns, activities and events, including individual and corporate donor, sponsor and foundation giving. In fulfilling this positions core responsibilities, Globe Theatre expects the Development Manager to:
Achieve annual revenue targets for Sponsorships, Foundations, Individual and Corporate Donor Campaigns, and Special Donor Events
Identify prospective sponsors; create and sell integrated sponsorships through customized
proposals for new and existing corporate partners; present, negotiate and create agreements;manage benefits including logistics support for corporate events; and provide fulfillment reporting.
Manage all strategies and activities for donor cultivation, solicitation and relations.
Coordinate with the Marketing Department to create and execute individual donation campaigns.
Provide campaign and revenue analysis and manage Development budget.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the professional fundraising field in a not-for-profit environment, excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and
ability to focus and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, demonstrated strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and work effectively in a team environment.
