Adecco is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our clients growing Saskatoon office; a leader in the mining industry, our client has been in operation for over 25 years and worked on projects worldwide. We are looking for an energetic and confident individual with a background in the engineering field. Reporting to the Division Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects and dealing with all stakeholders (i.e. Site Superintendent/Manager, trades, client and internal staff). This role requires a confident individual with the soft skills to develop long terms clients relationships.
Responsibilities for the Project Manager;
- Full cycle Project Management
- Preparation of bids/proposals for potential projects
- Ensure Projects are completed on time and on budget
- Oversee Site Managers and staff to ensure objectives are being met
- Provide frequent progress updates
- Participate in all client/stakeholder meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Engineering
- Project Management Experience
- 1 to 3 years of Mining or Construction experience
- Management or supervisory experience
- Experience in bidding process including estimates
