We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to support the administrative needs of an insurance and financial services office in the role of receptionist. He or she will be a proven self-starter with a high level of professional business practices, strong communication skills(verbal and written), be extremely organized and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Formal administrative training, general office experience, excellent interpersonal skills, mastery of MS Office Suite, and experience in the financial services industry will be distinct advantages to the successful candidate.
