Adecco's Client a highly respected Law Office in Regina is currently recruiting a Legal Assistant.
This Legal Assistant will assist the law office with the following duties:
- Respond to all phone calls received in a timely manner
-Schedule appointments
-Make travel arrangments
-Provide administrative support to a team of lawyers. This includes document preparation, tracking, photocopying, data entry, handling client inquires, creating and maintaining databases, filing, etc.
Skills required:
-Professional
-Post secondary administration certificate
-Legal terminology course
-At least 3 years experience in a law office
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Excellent Microsoft office skills required
-Must be accurate and have excellent attention to detail
