Description

Stepping Stones Emergency Receiving Home requires
staff for several ongoing part time and full time shifts:

Hours will be between 4:00 pm and 8:00 am, with shifts scheduled Sunday though Saturday including Stat Holidays.

For those hired to work part time, more hours
available if staff are willing/able to pick up
short notice fill in shifts and cover staff
holidays.

Please indicate on your cover letter what days you are available. Call in/Casual Shifts include weekdays and weekends, 24 hours a day. Most shifts are 8 hours, and our overnight shifts are AWAKE shifts.  Successful candidate will be working with other staff with up to 8 children, newborn to 12 years old. While children are asleep during overnight shifts, staff are responsible for meal prep, CLEANING, completing paperwork and documentation as required.

Candidates must possess a current First Aid/CPR
certificate.

Must pass a criminal record check and a medical
(with TB test).


Only those with a minimum of ONE years relevant
post secondary education will be considered for full time positions.

Rate of pay is $16.75 per hour for those with an
Early Childhood Education, LPN, Teacher Assistant, or Youth Care Worker CERTIFICATE that is valid to work in these fields in Saskatchewan.

Those with an Early Childhood Education or Youth
Care Worker DIPLOMA that is valid for working in these positions in Sasktchewan will be paid $18.75 to start.

Registered Nurses, eligible to work in
Saskatchewan as a RN or those with a Social Work
Degree, eligible to work in Saskatchewan as a
Social worker will be paid $20.75 to start.

Those with recent relevant work experience may be
started further up on the pay scale.

Those with no relevant training will be paid
$10.98 per hour.
