Summer Student JobCervus Equipment is in the business of acquiring and operating authorized agricultural, industrial, commercial & transportation equipment dealerships in Canada & globally.
We are a rapidly growing company & proudly own 4 Peterbilt dealerships and 1 Collision Center in Saskatchewan and 13 Peterbilt dealerships in Ontario.
Our Peterbilt dealership in Regina is now accepting resumes for a Delivery Driver
(Temporary Summer Position ending August 28, 2015)
Were looking for someone who:
Can operate truck in a safe and effective manner to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life
Performs and documents daily vehicle inspections
Shows care and maintenance of delivery truck
Maintains daily trip records
Cleans truck and deck as required
Operates all equipment with speed and control appropriate to all work sites
Transports loads and equipment as directed by Parts Manager
Maintains control of all trucks and equipment while loading, transporting and unloading
Advises supervisor of any defects or requirements for maintenance or repair
Ensures trucks and other loads are secured as per company standards
Ensures timely and courteous deliveries
Assists with rental calls and rental check overs
Assists all departments as requested by Management
Well give preference to individuals with:
A valid drivers license
The ability to operate tandem axle trucks with air brakes in a safe and courteous manner
Public interaction skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
