JOB SUMMARY
The Business Analyst serves as the communication bridge between non-technical business users & technical solution developers. The successful candidate will have in-depth of knowledge of business analysis processes including knowledge of methodology, tools, & techniques.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES
Conduct business requirements gathering & develop detailed specifications
Liaison between business users & technical team members
Produce quality working systems including the planning, design, & implementation of the systems      
Ensure high quality applications are released                  
Effectively estimating business analysis efforts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Formal educational background in Business or Technology
Minimum 5 years  experience with Business Analyst best practices, processes & methodologies
Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, design, implementations, testing, training, client support & release management
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Excellent client service skills
Strong time management skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
