Requirements

5-7 Years experience as a heavy-duty technician or millwright is a must.

Exceptional project management and supervisory skills.

The best Rig Shop Lead Hand follows direction and never takes shortcuts or deviates from senior leaderships recommendations but will also have several years of experience and will therefore be comfortable in sharing thoughts and ideas for new ways of completing work in the shop.

The Rig Shop Lead Hand must be a self-motivated individual who requires little to no supervision and can create positive work relationships with multiple types of personalities while gaining the trust of these individuals.
