TWO (2) FULL TIME DIRECT SUPPORT TEAM LEADS
(Days, Evenings, Alternate Weekends)

Working in a residential environment the Team Lead provides direction to a Self-Managed Work Team of Direct Support Professionals to uphold the rights of the men and women supported promote self-determination, citizenship and community participation, implement behavior support plans and adhere to policies and practices creating a positive living environment. S/he will attend to administrative related matters on time and within budget and, liaise with families and service partners to develop and promote support and treatment plans.

The Team Lead will demonstrate a sound understanding of Self-Managed Work Teams, expressing their leadership through effective collaboration, communications, conflict-management, problem-solving and decision making abilities.

Requirements: DSW or equivalent; clear criminal check, computer literacy, current First Aid/CPR; NVCI, valid Step 5 drivers license; ability to work in physically demanding and changing environment.

Wage rates: $18.57 - $22.64
