Harmony Builders requires a Service Technician to join our team immediately. Hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30.
Reporting to the Finish Supervisor, the Service Technician is responsible for correcting deficiencies and performing service work throughout our 1 year service term.
The candidate will be the main point of contact for our clients after they have taken possession of their new home. Therefore, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage your time effectively.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to: attending turn overs, dry wall patches, painting, flooring/tile repairs, finishing carpentry, conducting meetings with clients following turn over and at 6 and 11 months, helping out on job sites as required, communicating with our warranty provider, etc.
You must have a valid driver's licence, common sense, and eagerness to learn and contribute to our team.
A work vehicle and phone will be provided as well as benefits after a three month probationary period.
