NORTEP/NORPAC
Is accepting applications for an Assistant Registration Clerk
Working under the direction of the President CEO or academic designate, the Assistant Registration Clerk is responsible for the preparing and maintaining the databases on statistical reporting, preparing course set up and external registration duties. This position will involve technical support for the student body and act as an external liaison with sessionals and both Universities. The related activities include working closely with students in facilitating an academic environment that honours and respects the growing cultural diversity in northern Saskatchewan.
Qualifications: The successful applicant will possess:
. At minimum an undergraduate degree preferred or two year?s university education with the intent to complete a degree.
. One year related experience in an office environment.
. Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
. Knowledge of First Nations and northern Aboriginal language and culture is an asset.
Salary: To commensurate with qualifications and experience according to the NORTEP-NORPAC salary grid.
Location: La Ronge, NORTEP-NORPAC Centre
Term: Full time position
Starting Date: Starting date may be negotiable.
