David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a manufacturing company based in Oxbow, Saskatchewan to recruit a Customer Service / Administrative Assistant for a permanent role. This role reports to and supports the Operational Manager and their team, along with providing customer service for the rental, sales, and following the process for filling orders.
You will need to be an organized, hard-working individual who enjoys working with people and has a positive and friendly attitude. You will be able to cope with increasing workload, yet prioritize and manage your time to complete tasks according to the processes and timeline given to you. You should enjoy relating to customers and have an empathetic attitude towards their needs and concerns.
The Role:
Responds to emails, in person and phone calls regarding inquiries, complaints, issues and concerns and forwards the messages with detail to the proper team in a timely manner for resolution
Preparing documents, reports, invoices, inventory tracking, and spreadsheets
Managing office information and procedures and ensuring equipment is serviced and working, by communicating with the various management teams
Coordinating field service work, schedules, appointments, and travel
In-house software systems use
Coordination of operation manuals
Coordination of sales, inventory, client care and follow up procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
Strong background in client care and dealing with people
Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
Strong MS Office skills
Database aptitude
Understanding policies and procedures, how to explain, write, and put into action
Demonstrated communication and problem solving skills
Accurate, punctual and dependable
