THE RIGHT SPOT PUB & GRILL RESTAURANT IS NOW HIRING (1) FULL TIME FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVER
Located in Rosetown, Saskatchewan
JOB DUTIES:
Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
Consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service
Assisting guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
Staying up to date on beverage lists and promotions
Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
Recommend beverages that complement patrons' meals
Serve food and beverages following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Present bill to patrons and accept payment (Cash, Point of Sale Machine)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience: Completion of Some High School and 6 Months experience in a restaurant setting
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
Highly responsible and reliable with the ability to work under pressure
Teamwork, courtesy, a positive attitude, and focusing on guest needs are essential
Language-English
WAGE: $10.25/hourly
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
