Amec Foster Wheelers Mining business is seeking an Administrative Assistant at our Legacy project site near Bethune, SK. The successful candidate will liaise with the construction management team, home office engineering support, client personnel, and contractors in order to successfully support the commissioning stage of the project. If you have an interest in acquiring additional experience in completions/commissioning, and administration, and thrive on challenges in a fast paced environment, this opportunity is for you! Priority will be given to local candidates.
Role Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical environment or office is required
Post-secondary education in business, office management, or administration or a combination of education and relevant experience is required
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize projects with strong problem solving skills
Superior research skills with attention to detail would be considered an asset
