Cudworth Pork Investors Group (CPIG) is seeking a Grower/Finisher Technician/Feed Mill Operator for employment in a 1200 sow farrow-to-finish hog operation producing high quality breeding stock for a leading swine breeding company.
CPIG is locally owned and managed since 1994, and offers employment stability in a friendly working environment. This full-time position is for 80 hours/2 weeks.  Days off are every Monday plus every second Saturday and Sunday.  Hours are from 7am to 3:30pm.  Main duties will be in the barn, with some mill duties when required.
Duties for Grow-Finish Technician:
- Ensuring herd health and monitoring feed systems
- Identifying and treating sick animals
- Ensuring a clean environment
- Assist in marketing and breeding stock selections
- Daily record-keeping and data input.
Job duties in Feed Mill include, but are not limited to:
- Understand and implement all operations of the feed mill.
