MLTC is currently seeking a dynamic motivated individual to fill the full-time permanent position of Primary Care Manager (PCM) for the Health & Social Development Department. This individual is an experienced and engaging leader who is committed to supporting the First Nation Health Systems through strong programming, service delivery, and health promotion focused.

MLTC Health & Social Development provides health program support to its nine (9) Meadow Lake First Nations.  MLTC-HSD has 24 years of experience in the provision of health services in the Health Canada "transfer environment" supporting First Nation Health Systems.

Reporting to the Director of Health & Social Development, the Primary Care Manager will provide innovative leadership and support for several programs including nursing, home care, dental therapy, Nutritionists, OT services, Navigator services and access to Physician and Pharmacy Support.

The PCM will assist with providing advisory services in the development of policy, procedures and manuals to reflect established standards for PHC services; Participate in committees with Provincial, Federal, First Nation, Registered Nurses Associations and Professional Associations to remain current with new developments; Advocate for First Nations issues to all levels of government, educational institutions and professional organizations regarding the MLHSDA Inc., Primary Care Services.
